In response to Keelung's mountainous and seaward environment, the Keelung Fire Department established a drone team for search and rescue, using the fast, large-scale, and high-altitude advantages of drone in an attempt to expand the search and rescue area and reduce manpower consumption.

However, the result was not as good as they expected. When searching people from the sky, victims are easily covered by trees. Therefore, it is difficult to identify the victim. Moreover, staring at the screen for an elongate amount of time will quickly make their eyes fatigue.
